nice price deal !!! solotempos new ep basks shamelessly in catchy harmonies, indulges in bassdrums and wallows in the beauty of analog sounds processed with precision. >new ears< is firmly rooted on the dancefloor. on this particular dancefloor you re plunged into descreetly arranged, hypnotising house and minimal tracks, which don t simply sit on their beat, but gracefully summersault again and again, creating those unique moments of eternity. fittingly, solotempos sounds should work best on springy forest soil, at around four or five in the morning when dawn breaks and the sun rises.
#1 karotte charts, played by richie hawtin, ivan smagghe, brothers vibe, len faki, dubfire, bart skils, marc romboy. the first tracks from gregor treshers new album >the life wire<, that will be released in september 2009. its two original tracks that will be prereleased on a vinyl 12inch in august with an amazing remix by petar dundov!!
trademark is the collaboration of tony reeves and tundra records labelmate loki. formed in 2000, the trademark project blends electronic studio craft with the live influence of their years playing jazz. trademarks output ranges from chillout through breakbeat to deep house and even drum and bass, but always with the fusion of deep jazzy chords, rolling beats and searing synths that define their style.
ia2 showcases all kinds of broken beats and trademark here provide another 3 varied tracks, with great support all round. new frontiers is a funky, upbeat broken dancey track and has had loads of support from promos. great progression through the track and some great riffs and percussion. outworld has been compared to early earth stuff from bukem and cafe del mar stuff, deep broken beats and sunny pads, great arrangement. lovely deep bass and textures. south central is a more straight up broken track, probably the most chilled of the bunch live live sounding bass and a nice deep vibe.
nice price deal !!! already played by: andre galluzzi, anthony collins, matt star, frank leicher, nedzad berovic, syntec, locke...
the new artist ensemble familia loca aka audionova & en_tropic are back with their first solo-release. after very succesful tracks on their own digital label rezonant they now continue with this superb summer smasher! watch out for the guys from serbia!

the climax, great summery track with the characteristic digital base vibe, full of intensity and melody. this track could easily fit from any dj playing in ibiza to any breaks dj trying to get the girls shacking their body to the beats.
planet mu release his newly finished debut album new folder. experimenting with off kilter micro house and druggy wonk, linas gives us a simple beat around which he flips deceptively simple synthline progressions which grow into monolithic riffs. at the crux of nu disco, dubstep and techno, and using local vocal talent, linas has a truly forward looking european sound.
once again a sure shot from this much loved imprint. as they usualy do, one side is an original flavor from back in the days, as the flip highlights the amazing talent of wonder duo the old boys (dont trust the name... they re not that old at all...). killer release again... to me, maybe the best one so far...

underground classic trax is a brand new label focused on releasing original material from timeless artists. our releases will be only for djs/limited edition/color vynil no promos. for this 2nd release, we bring you some of the rarest 12 inches around. a side comes up with the amazing pfantasy club a.k.a dj pierre with never give up (circa 1988!), an amazing acid track (one of the first we guess), originally released on dancemania but we brought you the never released no vocals acid mix & obviously, it still sounds fresh & amazing today, pre techno/pre rave & whatever. essential! on a2 & b, we have one of the original house master creator (2nd wave), johnny fiasco with darkness & here i cum (unreleased extended mix) from 1995 when techno was still frightening & underground, real raw ghetto cuts that are still played on heavy rotation by real djs, they use it as secret weapons, nobody knows them really, but now you can grab it.
talking about the dawn, who know is better than lexy and nobody is more gifted to transport this feeling into a track. new day dawning a subtile flowing track, perfectly suited to welcome the next morning, again and again and again..the crazy, weird and nuts duck is circleing on the river of minimal straight forward sound, disguised as the psychoduck. watch out for the upcoming remix package of new day dawning, its gonna be huge. lets speak a little bit more about the artist. since lexy moved to berlin 1997 he was getting more and more popular as a dj. today lexy is dj, producer (lexy & k-paul), faschion addicted and a graphical wizard. what he likes best: rock the crowd as you will probably notice when you listen to this tremendous record

new kanada enters the year of darkness with two cuts of techno that go straight for the throat. raw house music for mixers, jackers, and people of ill repute everywhere. side a features a slamming remix of murr’s “stay” track by adam marshall. murr’s original moog bassline gets jacked into a dj-friendly mix weapon of the highest calibre. 10+ minutes of erratic hats, swung snares and some weird noises that would do octave one proud. sibe b is a homage to our favourite analog mixer of days gone by - the numark dm1950. mood edit embraces the chaos of chicago house, and the class of new york city in this long playing dub tool that will be sure to evoke fear in the legs - and passion somewhere inbetween. complete with off kilter bassline, counterpoint bump, and a long deep mix for the heads.
getting massive support from mark farina, johnny fiasco, hardsoul, raul campos from kcrw, richard earnshaw, audio whores and groove junkies. salted music welcomes back the one and only lisa shaw with the 3rd single off her upcoming album free (march 10th, 2009). music in you is yet another solid and diverse dance music package with a little something for everyone out there. so whether you are a deep, techy, funky or soulful kinda music fan, there should be something of quality you can appreciate here.
played by mathias kaden (freude am tanzen) // it s always good to start the new year with something special and in this case it s the release of the >underground railroad< 12inch from soulphiction. while his last album >do you overstand?< on berlins sonar kollektiv as well as his infamous remix for ian simmonds >whos blues< on musik krause is still in mind he went straight ahead on the work for his upcoming album… so >underground railroad< prepares us for his new lp coming in autumn 2009 on philpot! three tracks to choose from,>underground railroad , a lo-end house track with a thick atmosphere rooted in jazz… on the flip the first track is called < things to get by , a reminiscence to the classics, timeless house music to the bone! to round that up the last track >regrets< is a stripped down percussion tool, an >instrumental version< of the original contained on the album. enjoy!
